Omar Suárez has more than 16 years of experience as a theater producer; his professional debut was at the age of 17 in 2002. Since then, he has developed more than 35 artistic projects with over seven thousand stage performances of plays, concerts and special shows, including the play Perfume de Gardenia, the most lavish, innovative and with the greatest artistic cast in the history of theater in Mexico. Today, he is the only Hispanic producer that stages international tours that include Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Honduras, Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico and the United States. He has made unique representations and seasons in major cities. Omar Suarez has presented his works and shows in international venues such as the Auditorio Nacional and Teatro Metropolitano in Mexico City, Radio City Music Hall in New York and Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, in the United States, as well as the Teatro Nacional in Guatemala, among many others. He has worked in collaboration with the most important show companies in Mexico such as Westwood Entertainment, Grupo CIE and OCESA. Omar Suárez has specialized in plays that include the most marketable and important casts of the Spanish-speaking TV industry (Telemundo, Univision, Televisa, Azteca TV), achieving projects with more than one hundred celebrities; therefore, he can make the most attractive artistic combinations for the public with legendary gures such as Silvia Pinal, Ignacio López Tarso and María Victoria with more contemporary actors such as William Levy, Sebastian Rulli, Gabriel Soto, Aracely Arámbula, Maribel Guardia, David Zepeda, Ninel Conde, among many more. He has produced concerts with top-level Spanish-speaking singers such as Roberto Carlos, Juan Manuel Serrat, Joaquín Sabina, Camilo Cesto, José José, Emmanuel, Mijares, Alberto Vázquez, Angélica María, Amanda Miguel, Diego Verdaguer, to name a few . All the works and shows produced by Omar Suarez, have ambitious investments in their projects, resorting to the best in terms of stage technology, light, sound and special eects framed in sumptuous backdrops. His work in Perfume de Gardenia holds the record for the greatest and most expensive work presented in the history of theater in Mexico, with more than 70 artists on stage. Currently, his productions “Cleopatra Metió La Pata” and “Las Arpias” are on tour in the United States and Mexico with a broad list of places to go in the remainder of 2019.
